This is the complete reference for how Manifold and Jobber work together — what each platform does, how they connect, what the workflow looks like in practice, and how to set it up.
Jobber handles the business layer: scheduling, dispatching, quoting, invoicing, online booking, client communication, and payment collection. It's the operational hub for service contractors.
Manifold handles the evidence layer: GPS-tagged photo timelines, required-photo checklists, Orbit Measure 3D scanning on any phone, and PDF reports. It's the documentation and protection layer.
Neither replaces the other. Most contractors run Jobber for the business side and Manifold for the field documentation side.
Manifold is available in the Jobber App Marketplace. Once connected, Manifold projects sync with Jobber jobs — your crew finds the right project in Manifold the same way they find the job in Jobber.
The workflow: Jobber schedules the job and notifies the crew. The crew arrives, opens Manifold, and starts the documentation workflow. Photos, checklists, and scans accumulate through the job. At completion, Manifold generates the PDF report. Jobber generates the invoice. Both go to the client.
Jobber Core: $49/month (solo)
Jobber Connect: $149/month (up to 5 users, most popular)
Manifold Photo: $16/user/month — no seat minimums
A 4-person crew on Jobber Connect + Manifold Photo: $149 + (4 × $16) = $213/month for scheduling, invoicing, GPS photo documentation, required-photo checklists, and PDF reports.
CompanyCam as the documentation alternative: $79/month minimum for 3 users, no 3D scanning on standard plans. Manifold costs less for most crews and adds the scan capability. See our CompanyCam pricing breakdown for the full comparison.
