measure your job-site
with video from any phone

Jake Stone at Marcy Management

We had 10 rooftop units to survey for replacements. There was a lot of measurements to take on each unit and I had a clipboard, pad and pencil by myself. Then it started to rain, and it started bleeding. So then I was like, screw this, and just used the Manifold [app], walked around every unit and got everything I needed.  I had measured the first one by hand, so then I was able to verify that and it was exactly correct. Which is fantastic. Now I am at the point of trusting the accuracy of it.

Miron Construction started testing Manifold in January of 2023 and we have been nothing but impressed. Manifold allows our Virtual Construction department to be able to scan a jobsite in a moment's notice and begin utilizing the deliverable within a couple hours. This is something that we need as a department due to the fast-paced nature of the construction industry. The speed and agility of Manifold has Miron excited to see how the product continues to evolve

About Orbit Measure

Two ways to capture: Orbit Measure (3D model, any phone) and Floor Plan Scan (structured floor plan, iPhone 12 Pro or newer)

Orbit Measure works on any iOS or Android phone. Shoot a 10–60 second video, upload, and our servers build a fully measurable 3D model of the space. No LiDAR, no special hardware — any phone you already carry. Accurate to within half an inch.

Once scanned, you can take remote measurements from the 3D model without going back to site — useful for checking dimensions, planning material orders, or answering client questions. Share the full 3D walkthrough with anyone via a link, with no account or app download required to view.

Orbit Measure is available on the Photo+Scan plan at $24/user/month. It’s used by renovation contractors, general contractors, restoration teams, MEP trades, and property managers for as-built documentation, existing conditions surveys, and project handover packages. The Photo+Scan plan also includes Floor Plan Scan — which uses Apple’s RoomPlan technology to generate a structured floor plan and requires iPhone 12 Pro or newer.
