How to Share a Project with Clients in Manifold

Manifold lets you share photos, 3D walkthroughs, and PDF reports with clients in one tap. No account required on their end — they open a link in their browser and see everything. Works on any device.

Step-by-step guide

Open the project you want to share

Navigate to the project in Manifold. You can share the full project or share specific items (a single scan, a photo set, a completed checklist).

Tap the Share button

Tap the Share icon (the upload/export arrow icon) on the project or on any specific item. This generates a shareable link instantly.

Copy the link and send it

Copy the link and send it however works best — text message, email, WhatsApp. The client taps the link on any device and sees the content in their browser. No app download, no account, no login.

Or export as a PDF report

For formal documentation — punch list sign-offs, inspection records, handover packages — tap Export → PDF. The PDF includes photos, GPS locations, timestamps, and your branding. Send as an email attachment.

💡 Pro tip

Send a 3D walkthrough link before and after renovation work to show clients exactly what changed. It’s one of the most effective tools for reducing disputes and getting paid faster — clients can see the work themselves in 3D without visiting the site.
