Manifold + Jobber Integration: How It Works

John Dutton

If you run your field service business on Jobber, you already have scheduling, invoicing, quoting, and client management sorted. What Jobber doesn't do is capture GPS-tagged photos, 3D scans, checklists with required photo fields, and punch lists on the job site. That's the gap Manifold fills.

This page explains exactly how the Manifold + Jobber integration works, what it connects, and what your crew gets on the ground.

How the integration works

When you connect Manifold to Jobber, your Jobber jobs sync to Manifold automatically. Every job you create in Jobber appears in Manifold as a project. Your crew can open that project in the Manifold app on any iOS or Android phone and start documenting — without manually creating anything or matching photos to jobs after the fact.

The documentation your crew captures stays linked to the right Jobber job. Photos, checklists, 3D scans, and reports are organised by the job they belong to.

What Manifold adds to your Jobber workflow

GPS-tagged photo documentation

Every photo taken in Manifold is automatically GPS-tagged to the job site address and timestamped. Photos are organised by Jobber job — not dumped into a camera roll. At the end of a job, the entire photo record is available for the report.

Checklists with required photo fields

Build custom inspection checklists, pre-job condition assessments, and punch lists where every item requires a photo before it can be marked complete. This creates an auditable record tied to the specific Jobber job — useful for client disputes, insurance claims, and warranty documentation.

Orbit Measure 3D scanning

Walk any space for 60 seconds with any iOS or Android phone. Manifold's servers process the video and return a measurable 3D model — accurate to within half an inch. Useful for documenting existing conditions, capturing as-built records, and giving clients or engineers a shareable walkthrough. No LiDAR required, no iPhone Pro required.

One-tap PDF reports

Generate a PDF report from any Jobber job with all photos, GPS data, and timestamps in one tap. Share via link — the client doesn't need an account or app to view it. Useful for client handover, insurance adjuster submissions, and warranty documentation.

Who it's for

The Manifold + Jobber integration is most useful for field service contractors who need their crews to document job site conditions — before work, during, and at completion. The trades that get the most out of it:

  • HVAC contractors — equipment surveys, commissioning documentation, before-and-after on unit installations
  • Restoration contractors — pre-remediation water damage documentation, drying logs, adjuster submissions
  • Renovation contractors — existing conditions before demolition, rough-in locations, client handover records
  • Roofing contractors — pre-job condition assessments, installation documentation, dispute protection
  • General contractors — site documentation across trades, punch list management, client sign-off
